Great views and comfy beds, but we had a wait for breakfast and the table wasn't cleaned properly. The staff were really friendly and helpful, though. Chur!

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was sensational. Had fab location in a very quiet area. Plus, it was not far from mountains and Snowdonia and the hill. Exceptionally comfortable beds, we loved it.

The location was fab, not far from the sea, mountains, slate quarry and zip world, and the restaurant, in a domestic area.

The hotel offers great accessibility features and very spacious rooms, with impressively clean facilities. Staff were attentive and eager to assist with requests. It stays in a serene area and delivers a hearty breakfast. Evening meal options would enhance the experience.

Tricky access with no pavements on the road leading to it. Conflicting information about dining availability left us searching for food after a long walk. Sat nav issues could mislead travelers to a different hotel, leading to confusion.

Beautiful setting and friendly service

The staff were genuinely cute, especially during breakfast with fresh, well-cooked options. The beautiful views surrounding the hotel. It would have been nice to have some evening meal options without needing to venture out.

The area surrounding the hotel is picture-perfect. We enjoyed a fantastic view of the mountains from our room. The staff were super cute, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge area after exploring local hiking trails.

Fine views and a cozy atmosphere were highlights of our stay. The warm, homemade croissants at breakfast and the iconic sandwiches made each meal a treat. Persistent noise from below disrupted our sleep late into the night, and finding dining information proved challenging since staff were unavailable at times. Despite these issues, the cleanliness of our room was commendable, and the staff's overall friendliness stood out.

This place was a strong match for a weekend vacation in Blaenau Ffestiniog with excellent value. The fresh, homemade croissants at breakfast were a good surprise. Consider checking directly for dining availability before your arrival.

The hotel had a beautiful location covered in mist with stunning views of the mountains. It was conveniently close to the sea, mountains, slate quarry, and Zip World, making it a great base for exploring Snowdonia National Park.

The restaurant location here was fantastic during the two nights we stayed, our family room had all the facilities we needed, and the bed was really comfortable.

The rooms are perfect and bright with excellent views. the location is stunning, so close to Snowdonia National Park and North Wales. - Comfortable area.
